8.5%. A new variation from our little series we call Alani, they focused on intensifying orange citrus flavors to the max by way of specific hops and timing of hopping throughout the boil, whirlpool and dry hop.
For this version, called Blood Orange Double Alani, we took our Alani base beer, loaded with Amarillo and Amarillo cryo hops, ramped it up to a double, and conditioned it on lots of blood orange. The result is one saturated, orange driven, crazy aromatic, pillow soft brew with the perfect amount of tangy bite to the finish to really balance out that juiciness. I think this one is here to stay in the rotation, it’s ridiculous.
