Our new school black IPA leans towards the New England style withbig west coast hop aromas taking center stage over subtle roastiness. Backed up by a very soft mouthfeel and fine bitterness. We used some of the classics like chinook, amarillo, simcoe, and citra for big hop aromas and flavors. This is such a cool, unique beer, youre gonna dig it.
