Local Lager is a rotating series featuring 100% NYS grown pilsner malts and traditional German grown noble hops. Fermented cool and Lagered cold for a month with a natural carbonation, its crisp, aromatic, with a snappy finish. For this version, we used 90#s of freshly harvested NYS triumph wet hops, which were bine to kettle in just hours!
