Really excited for this little brew. We are focusing on a mostly unknown hop called Petit Blanc, out of Champagne, France, that was discovered by a hop grower in someone's backyard, essentially. We got our hands on a bag of it and made a small batch hazy beer that is heavily wheated, low ABV, and is light and juicy, with huge notes of orange creamsicle, white wine, and almost pina colada. We are super pumped about this hop!
