We used 180 pounds of fresh harvested NYS grown whole cone Chinook hops that went from Bine to kettle in under 2 hours. Hazy, juicy, pineapple, citrus, and dank aromas. We also hit this with chinook TERPSAUCE for an extra kick of hops saturation.
