Really excited to release our next iteration of Vermont Trips, where we aim to pay hommage to one of our favorite styles of IPA, with the utilization of VT grown hops. This time, we made a 6% abv IPA, using 100% Vermont grown hops. This is a collaboration with our friends at champlain.valley.hops and uses their Vista hops exclusively throughout the hot side and dry hop. We use their hops in every VT trips beer, Safe to say we’re in love with this beer—a super flavorful IPA with juicy notes of stone fruits, orange citrus, and pineapple. Hazy and juicy with a classic OG lingering bitterness on the finish.
