This is a gose style sour conditioned on real watermelon and Himalayan pink sea salt. It's tart, a little sweet (there's a touch of milk sugar), and refreshing as hell. And the label is really nice. It is heavily fruited but watermelon is not thick, so the beer can be poured on draft easily. The fruit is also fermented, so it is shelf stable, although I always recommend it be stored cold as we do not pasteurize.
