Our latest lager, a six point five percent imperial pale, is hit with copious amounts of American hops like simcoe, centennial, and Columbus. Our IPL is made in a style that crosses into the boundaries of both traditional lager and hoppy pale ale. Lager yeast, cold ferment, a simple grain bill, and American hops to bring along almost west coast pale ale notes of pine, lemon citrus and notes or orange and light stone fruits, all finishing with a snappy, slightly bitter finish.
