Introducing our latest creation… TABLE SAISON!
This “small beer” is a tiny 2.7 percent, but is not light on flavor. A light grist, fermented with our favorite Belgian yeast, gives us light notes fresh hay, lemon, and clove. A gentle dry hop of fresh Saaz hops and floral New Zealand Cascade from @freestyle hops gives this beautiful little one a pop of spice and flowers on the nose. It’s crisp and dry, and thirst quenching.
