Time Braley

Time Braley

Timothy draws influence from a wide range of musical styles in his songwriting and performing. He is a skilled multi-instrumentalist, but singing and lyricism are at the heart of the music he loves most and it shows. TCB's vocal tone, clarity, range, and expression are impressive and his guitar playing is percussive and lively

Timothy has written, or co-wrote nearly 100 songs in his 15+ years of playing. His songwriting is often a-typical, as he never liked too much of the same thing, but he has a preference for minor keys, writing songs with catchy choruses and thoughtful lyrics, and keeping it up-beat and fun. He plays many of these songs solo, but also with the bands Old World Warblers, Elephino, and The Dawn Timbers.

At live shows, expect Tim to perform many of his original works as well as covers from a wide range of styles and decades including: Johnny Cash, Paul Simon (and Garfunkel), Irish drinking songs, Folk and Blues standards, The Temptations, Sam Cooke, Bill Withers, The Decemberists, Brown Bird, The Devil Makes Three, "O Brother Where Art Thou (soundtrack)," and much more!
