Traonach is a traditional Irish band based in Ithaca, NY, known for anchoring the local Irish music scene for over 25 years. They are veterans of festival and venue stages large and small throughout the northeast, and currently include among their members Mark Bickford (accordion, concertina, banjo), Tim Ball (fiddle, guitar), Harry Lawless (bouzouki) and Scott Whitham (fiddle, bodhran).
Jesse Collins Band
Jesse Collins represents a unique voice in modern jazz saxophone, combining the harmonic sophistication of post-bop with a deep understanding of American musical traditions. His distinctive approach was forged through intensive study with an extraordinary lineup of jazz masters - Sam Rivers, Lee Konitz, Arnie Lawrence and Jaki Byard.
A product of the New School's legendary Jazz Studies Program, Collins developed alongside contemporary jazz innovators like Brad Mehldau, Roy Hargrove and Chris Potter. His quartet work demonstrates a remarkable synthesis of bebop complexity and accessible musical forms, informed by his early immersion in bluegrass and old-time music through his Hampton family lineage.
Collins'latest quartet recording Jesse Collins Quartet “Soul Eyes”, to be release August 13th 2025, features the rhythmic mastery of Ari Hoenig, the harmonic sophistication of Ed Cherry, and the foundational strength of Neal Miner, showcasing his evolution as a composer and bandleader. His arrangements and original compositions reflect a deep understanding of jazz tradition while pushing boundaries through innovative cross-genre integration
Valentine's Wine & Beer Dinner
We’re excited to do something that we have never done before! The chefs are excited to flaunt their culinary experience and bring to you our first ever coursed dinner, paired with some absolutely jaw dropping wines from Northern Italy—namely the extreme, alpine ancient region of Alto Adige in the Dolomites Mountains and the hallowed terroir of Italy’s pride and joy, Piemonte! With dessert, we will be pairing one of our most sought after beers thy will marry perfectly to the chefs homemade treats.
For $85pp plus tax and gratuity we include a welcome cocktail or wine, along with your choice of each course.
For an extra $40 plus tax and gratuity, each course will include our wine and beer pairings.
Of course all of our beers, wines, and cocktails will be available for purchase as well.
PLEASE NOTE: reservations are required and must be placed by Thursday February 12th.
Seating is VERY LIMITED and may sell out, in which case the brewery will be closed to the public for this evening. If not, we will be open for our regular menu as well. This will be announced before the weekend.
