Full-time Taproom Manager/Bartender

We are looking for a motivated individual to take on the roll of tap room management to start immediately.  We are a growing brewery and we offer a living wage to all employees, as well as a fun, laid back environment.  We plan to open our outdoor space this month, with limited indoor service to start.  Our Kitchen will be reopening some time this summer, and this position of all tap room employees will also include working in tandem with our kitchen staff to take and expedite orders.  A good attitude and love of craft beer a must along with a basic knowledge of beer styles.  Prior bartending and service experience is a major plus.  We will offer training for some of the responsibilities listed below.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Maintaining (along with other staff) covid-19 protocols of cleanliness and sanitization of tap room, bathroom and outdoor seating, monitoring guests and tap room staff's adherence to covid-19 regulations with regards to social distancing.
-Working 4 or more Shifts per week serving beer in addition to extra time handling other responsibilities listed below

-Managing tap room staff, hours, and taking care of monthly scheduling of all taproom staff--making sure all shifts are covered each week.
-Managing and fulfilling orders for curbside pickup along with staff
-Keeping inventory of kegs and cases of beer available
-Tapping kegs, maintaining cleanliness and smooth operation of draft system
-Must be able to work on their feet for longer periods and lift a case of beer and move kegs
-Making sure tap room is clean, organized, and welcoming to guests at all times.
-Maintain an open, inviting, friendly environment
-Updating menus with current beer offerings
-Maintaining and managing registers with reporting to supervisors
-Ordering cleaning supplies and maintaining inventory of all supplies, glassware and merchandise
-Regularly scheduled cleanings of tap lines (no experience necessary here)
-Making sure tap room is clean and ready for opening the next day at end of each shift.
-Our kitchen will be reopening soon, and bartenders will be responsible for handling orders on day that we offer food service.  Bartenders will be asked to help prepare small food offerings and snacks during shifts when the kitchen is not open.
-Making sure outdoor space is clean, free of litter, and all tables are clean and properly sanitized after each seating.
-Occasionally you may be asked to help with other tasks, like canning beer!
